The new head of the media relations department, Dmitry Zhukov (formerly the director of the NTS television channel, owned by the “people's mayor” Alexei Chaloy) turned to one of the journalists of the local daily newspaper: “Who are you accredited from? You're on vacation!".

An attempt to explain to the official that journalists, while on leave from their official place of work, can cooperate with other media outlets was unsuccessful.

“I will ask you to leave the premises. And from now on I warn everyone, you need to obtain accreditation only from those publications in which you work. So that later inappropriate publications do not appear on unknown resources,” said the head of the department.
