At the flag-raising ceremony, the commander of the OVR unit, Captain 1st Rank Oleg Peshkurov, congratulated the sailors on a significant event in the life of the brigade.

“The entry into service of the new boat will significantly expand the capabilities of ensuring the security of naval force bases,” the commander noted.

In the past year, the OVR ship brigade included two similar anti-sabotage boats. The raising of the flag on the second Grachonka is scheduled for early 2015.
