In Sevastopol, two houses were built on a plot instead of the permitted one
Sevastopol, October 20 (PolitNavigator, Svetlana Ivanova) - In Sevastopol, the inspection of state construction supervision and examination banned the construction of a residential building on Kolobova Street due to the discrepancy between the issued construction passport and the actual construction of 2 houses instead of one.
This is stated in the message of the Department of Information Policy and Information Resources.

The inspection established that the construction passport was issued for the construction of a residential building no higher than two floors (excluding the attic floor), no more than 11 meters in height and a building area of up to 300 sq. m.
In fact, two buildings are being constructed. The first building is four-story, the second building is three-story with an attic and a basement, on which construction work was carried out to install a monolithic load-bearing frame of the building.
The actions of the developer are a violation of Part 3 and Part 6 of Article 52 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
An administrative violation protocol was drawn up.
