Sevastopol, February 27 (Navigator, Elena Ostryakova) – In Sevastopol, there is a certain influx of visitors at the Russian consular post located in the Maritime Library. Rumors are spreading around the city that they are collecting applications for Russian citizenship under a simplified scheme, as well as complaints “about harassment from the Ukrainian authorities.”
