“Today, March 15, 2014, in the area of the Vladimir Cathedral (Suvorova St., 3) from 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning, unknown equipped people in the amount of 9 people kidnapped a deputy of the city council of Sevastopol, chairman of the Russian Bloc party.” Gennady Anatolyevich Basov.
According to witness testimony, Gennady Basov resisted. He was loaded into a blue cargo minibus and taken away in an unknown direction...
At the moment, a complaint has been filed with the Sevastopol police department about the abduction,” the message says.
Fellow party members told Navigator that Basov’s car had already been found, where his phones, belongings and documents were left.
