In Sevastopol, social activists and journalists broke into the estate of ex-Minister of Defense of Ukraine Pavel Lebedev, who built a mansion in the area of 35 batteries in Cossack Bay, blocking access to the sea with a fence.
This was announced by the head of the public organization “Clean Coast” Vladimir Garnachuk, who published a recording of his visit to Lebedev.

We managed to enter the estate by landing on a private beach from the sea. A pier is equipped here, the shore is filled with concrete, which is a violation of the law, Garnachuk said.
“For NATO, which he brought here, he is a comrade. For Russia and Sevastopol, where he is building up and seizing almost the entire coastline, he is not a very great comrade,” the social activist said about Lebedev.
