Based on the results of the inspection, the district prosecutor's office opened 2 cases of administrative offenses under Part 1 of Art. 5.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of labor legislation), a proposal was made to the head of the enterprise to eliminate the identified violations of the law.
