The developer of the Admiral's Lagoon was fined in Sevastopol
Sevastopol, September 18 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – In Sevastopol, the Gagarinsky District Prosecutor’s Office carried out inspections of the implementation of urban planning legislation during the construction of the Admiral Lagoon apartment complex between Kruglaya and Kamyshovaya bays and an apartment building on Kesaeva Street.

During the inspections, facts of violation of mandatory requirements in the field of construction were revealed by the construction company Interstroyservice LLC at these sites.
In particular, it was established that one of the buildings of the Admiral Lagoon apartment complex, declared by the developer as a recreation center and mud baths, was built to the level of the second floor according to different design documentation than that specified in the construction permit.
When checking the legality of the construction of the second object - an apartment building on the street. A. Kesaeva, 4 – significant deviations from the design documentation and violations of building codes and regulations in the field of fire safety were identified.
Based on the results of the inspections, the prosecutor of the Gagarinsky district issued 2 decisions to initiate a case against the developer for an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 9.4. Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of mandatory requirements in the field of construction).
Based on the materials presented by the district prosecutor’s office, the construction company was fined 2 times in the amount of 100 thousand rubles each.
Further control over the elimination of violations identified by the prosecutor's office is entrusted to the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and Expertise of Sevastopol.
