The applicant OK ZHSK "New Standard" came to a meeting of the Commission for monitoring and verifying compliance with urban planning legislation during capital development of land plots in order to obtain permission to complete the construction of an apartment building at the address. Semipalatinskaya, 25.
He was denied this, since, according to commission member Mikhail Khramov, the territory required for improvement, as provided for by urban planning standards, goes beyond the boundaries of the land plots allocated for construction.
“The facility is almost finished, only finishing work remains. I have just one comment. You presented a draft master plan taking into account the allocation of land. As of today, no land has been allocated to you, and at the moment, it seems to me, there is nothing to talk about yet. I am in favor of continuing construction, but the land must be allocated,” Khramov explained.
