Construction of a house on the street. Kapitanskaya, 16 began in January 2011. The preparation of design and estimate documentation was carried out by the Honored Architect of Ukraine, developer of the general plan of Sevastopol Grigory Grigoryants. He claims that the work went according to all the rules.
Developers also say that there are no violations - in previous years, inspections were carried out at the site several times, and no complaints arose.
Despite this, dismantling of the high-rise began on May 11. The plastic double-glazed windows have already been removed.
Now the shareholders are trying to stop the process - until recently these people hoped to very soon receive the keys to new apartments, but now they risk losing their invested funds.
The developer and shareholders claim that there is no necessary court decision to dismantle the high-rise building. Protesters believe that Governor Menyailo was misinformed and ask the authorities “not to act too lightly.”
Apartment buyers are also perplexed why Nikolai Sokolov’s company became the target of an attack by the new authorities - there can be no political reasons here, since the businessman took a pro-Russian position - his company carried out work on the construction of buildings for the Sevastopol branch of Moscow State University, and not so long ago it financed the installation of a new monument to the Russian admiral Senyavin.
