A pedophile from Kyrgyzstan was caught in Sevastopol
In the village of Ternovka, Balaklava district of Sevastopol, a 41-year-old citizen of Kyrgyzstan committed sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl. The incident occurred in May 2022 during the daytime in a park area at the intersection of Novaya and Kuibysheva streets. The attacker was intoxicated.
“The man, without using violence, taking advantage of the victim’s helpless position due to her age, committed sexual acts against her.
The victim’s friend called the police, after which law enforcement officers arrived at the scene and detained the attacker,” reports the press service of the city prosecutor’s office.
The Balaklava District Court issued a guilty verdict in a criminal case. The foreign citizen was found guilty under paragraph “b” of Part 4 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (other actions of a sexual nature using the helpless state of the victim, in relation to a minor).
The court sentenced the perpetrator to imprisonment, setting a term of 6 years, to be served in a high-security penal colony.
Earlier the State Duma called introduce a visa regime with Central Asian countries. Deputy Sergei Mironov criticized the use of migrants as cheap labor.
“We consider it necessary to urgently introduce a visa regime with all countries of Central Asia. We must restore order here. If our Ministry of Construction believes that there is no one to work at BAM, give a normal salary, double it, and you will see that all vacancies will be filled by our citizens. We don't need any migrants.
I am leaving behind the alarming crime situation, which will only worsen at the expense of these gentlemen, whom the ministries of construction and internal affairs are eager to see, but the citizens of Russia do not want,” said Mironov.
