“The developer, a private entrepreneur, was required to voluntarily comply with the court decision. Since no demolition actions were taken by the developer within the established time frame, it was decided to demolish the building by the claimant,” explained Vera Dubovaya, head of the department of organizational and control work and interaction with the media of the Federal Bailiff Service for the city of Sevastopol.
Dismantling will take several days. The cost of the work, according to preliminary estimates, will be 1 million rubles.
As PolitNavigator reported, the city authorities intend to demolish a 16-story building on Kapitanskaya Street by decision of the Economic Court.
