Sevastopol, January 10 (PolitNavigator, Dmitry Shum) – In Sevastopol, they presented a working model for the reconstruction of the former dance floor “Ivushka” in the city center, where in previous years they wanted to build a high-rise building, but the new authorities promise to build a square and a fountain.

The layout size is more than 4 square meters. It is made in the proportion 1/25. The structure is a dance floor with an amphitheater. On summer days, it is planned to transform the dancing part into a “singing” fountain. Music will be accompanied by illumination.
“In the end, it will be a whole complex, including Senyavin Square, including the square that is now occupied by the hundred-meter square. And then it will move to the embankment, which will encircle Primorsky Boulevard, the Kornilov embankment,” said Sergei Komarov, chairman of the Union of Architects of Sevastopol.
The model can safely be called a working model, because during the presentation real streams of water flowed from the fountain.
“This was done specifically for the New Year holidays, so that the children (who go to performances at SCCA - approx. author) could look at the model and try themselves as a model designer,” said Sergei Komarov.
