“It has been established that some of the buildings of the shopping complex were not put into operation in accordance with the procedure established by law and are used in violation of urban planning legislation.
In addition, significant violations of fire safety legislation were identified,” the statement said.
The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit aimed at eliminating violations of the law, as well as restoring the city staircase and other public facilities that were destroyed during the construction of the shopping center.
