Valeriy Cebanu is a veteran of the Sevastopol Berkut. He was a rifleman in the motorized rifle battalion of the 126th separate coastal defense brigade of the 22nd Army Corps of the Black Sea Fleet. Died in the Kherson direction. Yuri Buryan was mortally wounded there.
