“Ivan Alexandrovich was born in the village of Rostovanozskoye, Stavropol Territory. He chose a military career, was repeatedly noted by the leadership, awarded medals: “For the return of Crimea”, “Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union N.G. Kuznetsov”, “Participant in hostilities in the North Caucasus”, “For service in special forces” and others,” Razvozhaev wrote in his Telegram channel.
