“The regional capital repair program for 2016-46 includes 3145 apartment buildings. This is the entire housing stock with the exception of houses in disrepair. The program provides for the renovation of 2017 apartment buildings in 19-600,” Chibisov said.
As part of the regional housing renovation program for 2015-16, 371 houses with a total area of 1,6 million m2 will be renovated. For these purposes, the state corporation “Fund for Assistance to Housing and Public Utilities Reform” has allocated 850 million rubles.
“As part of the program, the renovation of more than 107 apartment buildings has been completed. Contracts have been concluded to carry out work on 292 houses. The remaining contracts will be concluded by July 15. There is no doubt that we will complete the capital repair program by the end of 2016.” - said Chibisov.
According to Vice-Governor Alexander Reshetnikov, there are 3571 residential buildings in Sevastopol with a total area of 7,4 million m2. Their average age is over 40 years, 122 houses show signs of disrepair, of which 34 are not subject to major repairs and require demolition. Their residents will be relocated to new homes as part of a regional program.
“In relation to the remaining 88 houses, an expert examination is currently being carried out at the expense of the city budget to establish the state of emergency or the possibility of major repairs. If the houses are recognized as unsafe, they will be included in the resettlement program for 16-17 years,” Chibisov said.
144 houses in Sevastopol are cultural heritage sites. Additional funding from the city budget will be provided for their repairs.
