“The alcohol intoxication turned out to be so strong that when they destroyed city lights with photographs of veterans, they didn’t think about what they were doing. During interrogation, one of them began to cry. A criminal case has been initiated on this fact. The circumstances of the incident are being established and an investigation is underway,” the department said in a statement.
