According to the fleet information support department, the following events will take place in the city:
– display of ships of the Black Sea Fleet, visits by residents and guests of Sevastopol to ships of various classes, familiarization with the help of crew members with their purpose and weapons (Marine Station from 11.00 to 17.00);
– display of equipment and weapons of the Coastal Troops of the Black Sea Fleet to future defenders of the Fatherland with the opportunity to inspect combat vehicles as officials of combat crews (P.S. Nakhimov Square from 10.00 to 18.00);
– laying flowers at the Memorial to the Heroic Defenders of Sevastopol, accompanied by a company of honor guard and the military band of the Black Sea Fleet (P.S. Nakhimov Square 14.30);
– congratulations to the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, military personnel and residents of Sevastopol on Defender of the Fatherland Day and a festive concert of the Song and Dance Ensemble and Orchestra of the Black Sea Fleet (P.S. Nakhimov Square 15.00);
– performances by the orchestras of the fleet headquarters, a separate brigade of marines and the Black Sea Higher Naval School named after. P.S. Nakhimov (P.S. Nakhimov Square 20.00);
– festive fireworks (water area of Sevastopol Bay 22.00).
