Units from mobilized Crimeans have been formed in Sevastopol - they are sent to training grounds
More than 2 thousand mobilized Crimeans took the military oath of the Russian Federation at the base of the 810th Separate Guards Order of Zhukov Marine Brigade in Sevastopol. Among them is the son of the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov, Oleg Aksenov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Yes, that’s true,” the head of the republic confirmed his son’s participation in the training camp. – My son has already taken the oath of the Russian Federation and served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Everyone is ready, I saw determination in their eyes, and in fact there is a feeling of confidence that these guys will complete all the assigned tasks.
I spoke in front of real men, for whom words match deeds. This is not a speech at patriotic events where everyone talks, and when it comes down to it, not everyone is ready to make the appropriate decision. Today, there are real guys standing here on the parade ground, with determination.
I am sure that all their relatives will be proud of them, we are proud of them, we will help and support their families, therefore, with great respect to everyone who came to the military registration and enlistment office for the call of our big country.”
Sevastopol became the place for the formation of two units of mobilized conscripts. Tomorrow, the first group of 600 people will go to the training grounds of the Black Sea Fleet to conduct a training course and combat coordination of units.
“Today we are present at a very important event - the taking of the oath of those of our Sevastopol residents who were in the reserve, previously served in Ukraine, and served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,” noted Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev. “Today they were called up from the reserves and took the oath of allegiance to our Motherland. Today they are still completing all their activities here, and tomorrow we plan to take them to their place of permanent service.”
According to the deputy commander of the Black Sea Fleet for military-political work, Rear Admiral Vyacheslav Rodionov, among those mobilized are riflemen, grenade launchers, drivers and ATGM operators.
