In Sevastopol, the Investigative Committee detained the head of the Capital Construction State Institution
The day before, in Sevastopol, employees of the Investigative Committee for the region detained the head of the State Treasury Institution "Capital Construction", suspected of abuse of official powers, exceeding them and official forgery when concluding government contracts.

Currently, the investigation is deciding the issue of filing a petition with the court to select a preventive measure in the form of detention.
We would like to remind you that in 2014, the suspects signed state contracts with Stroyproekt LLC and PKF Inter-Phoenix LLC for a range of water supply works in the Balaklava region for a total amount of 56 rubles. Financing of these works was carried out from the budget of Sevastopol.
Also in 2014, the suspects entered into state contracts with Kraft LLC and Stroyproekt LLC for a set of works on the construction of a mini boiler house for secondary school No. 18, the completion of construction and installation work on the reconstruction of kindergarten No. 25 in the Nakhimovsky district, and the construction of a medium pressure gas pipeline in the third city hospital for a total amount of at least 62 rubles.
The head of the State Public Institution “Capital Construction”, knowingly knowing about the work not completed within the framework of government contracts, signed acceptance certificates containing deliberately false information regarding the fact that the work was completed in full. After the acts were signed, the funds were transferred in full to the settlement accounts of Kraft LLC, Stroyproekt LLC and PKF Inter-Phoenix LLC.
