Sevastopol, December 17 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) - In Sevastopol, investigative authorities have opened a criminal case against the head of a department of the private enterprise Sevastopol Diagnostic Center for Wheeled Vehicles, suspected of commercial bribery.

According to the investigation, on the morning of December 10, in the emergency room, the head of the department of this enterprise received from an employee of a company engaged in passenger transportation documents for three cars to be diagnosed, as well as 4 rubles. After which he produced and issued to the company representative diagnostic cards for the specified vehicles with a conclusion on their possible further operation. However, no actual technical inspection of the vehicles was carried out. The head of the department transferred 500 rubles from the amount received to the enterprise’s cash desk, and embezzled 3 rubles.
The man’s criminal actions were stopped by employees of the Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sevastopol. Currently, investigative actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
