According to them, a black jeep drove up to the substation serving the dock complex and Artzavod. Two people got out of the car, one of whom was armed with a Kalashnikov assault rifle, the second had large pliers in his hands.

The plant security commander, an officer of the Black Sea Fleet, forced all the workers nearby to lie down on the ground, after which he announced to the attackers that he would first shoot in the air as a warning, then to kill. They started shouting: “Are you going to shoot at your own people?” But this did not bother the officer; he fired a warning shot. Then the attackers got into the car and drove away towards Inkerman.

The Navigator’s interlocutor does not know whether the persecution was organized and how it ended.
