During the inspection, it was established that in 2014, the construction customer - the service cooperative "ZhSK "New Standard" and the contractor - In-B-Tem LLC, when performing construction work, made deviations from the design documentation, which, in violation of the procedure established by urban planning legislation, not agreed with the authorized bodies in the field of urban planning.
“So, the structures of the 7th and 8th floors of the building under construction have been significantly changed, and the total and living areas of the facility have been increased by 933 sq. m. m.
Based on the results of the inspection, the prosecutor of the Nakhimovsky district filed a statement of claim with the court to force the OK “ZhSK “Novy Svet” to carry out an examination of the design documentation for the construction project,” the statement says.
Before making a decision on the merits, in order to secure the prosecutor's claim, the court prohibited the customer, as well as other persons, from further construction of the house until a positive conclusion from the examination of the design documentation was received.
