In Sevastopol, illegal construction was started in a tourist complex on the coast

According to her, according to the declaration on the start of construction work previously registered with GASK, the construction customer was supposed to carry out the reconstruction of buildings No. 15 and No. 16 of the specified recreation center. However, during the prosecutor's inspection with the involvement of the State Construction Supervision and Expertise Inspectorate of Sevastopol, it was established that in reality it was not reconstruction, but new construction.
“At the same time, the land plot on which the tourist complex is located is located in the coastal strip of the Black Sea, and its intended purpose does not imply the possibility of new construction.
Also during the inspection it was revealed that the actual building area is 500 sq.m. more in comparison with the data specified in the permit document,” the message says.
Based on the results of the inspection, the district prosecutor filed a lawsuit in the district court to force the construction customer to conduct an examination of the design documentation for the construction project.
Before making a decision on the merits, in order to secure the prosecutor's claim, the court prohibited the customer from carrying out construction work until a positive conclusion from the examination of the design documentation was received.
