A criminal case has been initiated against a lawyer in Sevastopol for attempted fraud
Sevastopol, July 25 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – The Investigative Committee of Sevastopol opened a criminal case against a lawyer from the city bar, suspected of attempted fraud causing significant damage to a citizen.

The case was initiated under Part 3 of Article 30 (preparation for serious and especially serious crimes), Part 2 of Article 159 (fraud committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, as well as causing significant damage to a citizen) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
