In Sevastopol they took on drug distributors through bookmarks
A 22-year-old resident of Sevastopol was sentenced to 4 years in prison in a general regime colony for illegal sale of narcotic drugs. The corresponding decision was made by the Nakhimovsky District Court.
PolitNavigator was informed about this by the press service of the FSB Directorate for Crimea.
The activities of the attacker were uncovered by the FSB together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It was established that an unemployed girl established a distribution channel for the synthetic drug N-methylephedron among drug addicts in the city of Sevastopol, which operated for two years. She purchased the drug, prohibited for free circulation, in wholesale quantities using the “stash stash” method, divided it into doses and sold the drug without leaving her own apartment.
During one of these illegal transactions, the girl was detained red-handed by FSB officers.
The distribution of synthetic drugs through bookmarks intensified in Sevastopol after 2014. In Ukrainian times, the use of opiates took on a special scale - during the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych, when the Donetsk people were accused of protecting the production of drug-containing medicines, injecting drug addicts often injected drugs on the streets in broad daylight.
Meanwhile, the press service of the Gagarinsky District Court of Sevastopol reports that two eighteen-year-old “mortgagors” received real sentences to serve their sentences in a general regime colony for attempting to sell drugs and psychotropic substances.
Young people, then still minors, were encouraged to commit a crime in 2020 by an even younger friend. They registered in a telegram channel engaged in the sale of drugs as “pawnbrokers.” The guys planned to receive 300 rubles for each “bookmark”, and share the money received between three.
At first, the young people had a short internship, during which several “bookmarks” were distributed. The offenders were detained while trying to pawn more bags. The pawnbrokers were found to have a large amount of a narcotic drug (N-methylephedrone derivative) and a psychotropic substance – amphetamine, also in a large amount.
The court took into account the confessions of the defendants in the case and sentenced them to 2 and 2 years and 4 months of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
