Sevastopol, December 01 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – In Sevastopol, investigative authorities opened a criminal case against a city resident suspected of causing grievous bodily harm, resulting in the death of a person through negligence (Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

According to the investigation, in the dormitory building, located on the territory of a solid waste landfill in the Balaklava region, employees of the enterprise drank alcoholic beverages. The household waste sorter, left in charge of the senior manager, was at this time inspecting the rooms so that his colleagues did not abuse alcohol. Finding a drunk company in one of the rooms, he made a remark, to which one of the men reacted inappropriately, uttering insulting words towards the elder. During the conflict, the sorter beat up a colleague, and the victim died from his injuries.
The suspect was detained as soon as possible, and the man was taken into custody by decision of the Balaklava District Court.
