At a school in Crimea, a teacher spoke to students in support of Ukraine
In a rural school in the suburbs of Simferopol, a teacher spoke to students during class in support of Ukraine and declared that Russia was losing. The topic of the class hour was supposed to be a referendum in the republics of Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, which became the basis for their entry into the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
A statement from the mother of one of the students addressed to the school director was published by Crimean blogger Alexander Talipov. According to her, on October 3, a mathematics teacher at the Ukromnovskaya School, class teacher of the 7th grade, Said Erfanovich Asanov, said during a class hour that Russia attacked Ukraine, started a war, and is now rightfully suffering defeat.
“Some families of students have mobilized ones. The children are shocked, the parents, including me, too (my daughter studies in this class and was personally present at this class hour). Fifth column in a Russian school! A statement with a request to understand the situation was written to the director, and a statement was filed with the police. We are waiting for the results... Fellow villagers advised us to contact you so that the matter would not be hushed up,” the student’s mother wrote in an appeal to the blogger.
According to his information, the reaction of law enforcement officers was not long in coming - the teacher was fired from the school and fined 45 thousand rubles for discrediting the RF Armed Forces.
