“Urgent information about the events that occurred at the front this morning - July 20. After 04:00 in the morning, the Russian occupation forces opened powerful fire from mortars, 122-mm barrel artillery, tanks and a Grad-P installation in the Krasnogorovka area. According to preliminary information, Ukrainian troops suffered heavy losses during this shelling: 4 dead and 2 wounded,” he said.
Lysenko added that “over the past 1 hours, 72 Ukrainian serviceman in Marinka was killed as a result of hostilities; the cause of death was enemy shelling. Also in Novotoshkovsky, a group of our military came across an explosive device (preliminarily an OZM-3 mine), as a result of which 3 servicemen were killed and another XNUMX were injured of varying degrees of severity.”
In addition, another Ukrainian serviceman died during the shelling of Novgorod, which is in the Donetsk direction.
According to a representative of the Ministry of Defense, in the Luhansk direction over the past XNUMX hours, the main military operations took place near Novozvanovka.
