This was reported by the press service of the Simferopol City Council.
Simferopol mayor Viktor Ageev inspected the first 20 units of equipment.
“It is these cars that we and the acting. Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko was recently sent to Simferopol from the northern capital of Russia. The first cars, tractors and 2 trolleybuses arrived safe and sound, and today we are ready to transfer them to utility companies so that the equipment can hit the city streets as quickly as possible,” he noted.
Among the special vehicles that arrived are 3 KAMAZ-based vacuum cleaners, which are extremely necessary for Simferopol to keep the roads clean (before that, there was only 1 such machine in Simferopol), 3 vehicles for watering streets, 2 Belarus tractors, which are needed by utility workers, other units and mechanisms.
The rest of the equipment is still on the way, but they are ready to receive it in Simferopol around the clock, so that it can be brought practically from railway platforms to the city streets.
