Director of PJSC Krymavtotrans Vladislav Gritsak was arrested in Simferopol
The Kiev District Court arrested the chairman of the board of the nationalized PJSC Krymavtotrans, Vladislav Gritsak, a suspect under Part 1. Article 201 of the Criminal Code (abuse of official position).

Crimean lawyer Zhan Zapruta reported this to PolitNavigator.
“He was detained on Friday in Moscow. He is now in a pre-trial detention center in Simferopol. Yesterday there was an appeal, it was rejected,” the lawyer noted.
“In my opinion, detention, although it is provided for by law under this article, in the Russian Federation it is used only in exceptional cases - under an article that provides for a formal punishment of up to 4 years of imprisonment, from zero to four, and before that there are also fines , work, etc. As a rule, a preventive measure in the form of detention is not applied under this article. But they used it against Gritsak. Let's remember Vasilyeva, her “bouquet” (of charges - PolitNavigator) was much more serious, and even then she was under house arrest. And here he was detained for the first time, the charge was not serious, but, nevertheless, he was closed. There are also no legal prerequisites for closing it, it’s an economic matter, and Gritsak cannot influence the investigation in any way, because everything in this case can only be damaged by documents. Nevertheless,” concluded Jean Zapruta.
