By 9.00, veterans of the Russian community of Crimea, representatives of the Crimean self-defense, parties and students gathered at the Dolgorukovsky obelisk in the center of Simferopol.

For the ceremonial laying of wreaths and flowers at the obelisk, acting. Head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov and Chairman of the State Council Vladimir Konstantinov.

At the end of the event, Russian social activists went to the city Fraternal Cemetery to participate in the Memorial Service in memory of the fallen army.
