In Slavyansk they cannot recruit those willing to serve Poroshenko
Kyiv, September 30 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Slavyansk, which has been occupied by Ukrainian troops for several months, is experiencing a colossal shortage of people willing to serve the Ukrainian authorities.
This was admitted by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov on the air of Savik Shuster’s talk show.

“It's not that easy. There are not many people who want to go to work in the police, especially now. Especially in hot areas. Take liberated Slavyansk. We have about 150 vacancies there. No one is coming! Nobody wants to fill vacancies. This is difficult work if you work honestly and for little money,” Avakov said.
According to him, the basis of the new police will be members of Ukrainian battalions like “Azov”, etc. “We would build on them, this is the basis,” the minister said.
