“There is a reconnaissance company in Kramatorsk to check the city for possible mining for further military operations. The President set the task of ensuring maximum protection of civilians during the liberation of cities and towns,” the message says. A temporary administration has already begun to work in Nikolaevka, and a police chief has been appointed.
As Navigator reported, a humanitarian catastrophe began in Slavyansk: for a long time there were interruptions in water and electricity in the city, most shops did not work, and people had nothing to buy food for, since pensions and social benefits were not paid. In addition, Slavyansk and Kramatorsk, as well as Nikolaevka, were fired from artillery, including from Grad installations.
