“Most loan agreements are concluded under English law. This means that any disputes must be resolved in a London court. And therefore, the internal laws adopted by Kiev have no meaning for creditors. Giving the Cabinet of Ministers to Yatsenyuk the right to a moratorium is open blackmail of creditors in order to force them to agree to Kyiv’s conditions,” said Mykola Azarov.
