About it ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said in an interview with the German newspaper Junge Welt.

“Most loan agreements are concluded under English law. This means that any disputes must be resolved in a London court. And therefore, the internal laws adopted by Kiev have no meaning for creditors. Giving the Cabinet of Ministers to Yatsenyuk the right to a moratorium is open blackmail of creditors in order to force them to agree to Kyiv’s conditions,” said Mykola Azarov.
