Ukrainian video blogger and former participant in the so-called ATO Alexander Medinsky spoke about this during a Skype conference on the Open Ukraine channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Poroshenko will balance hybridly between the Russian-speaking population and nationalists. On the one hand, he will crush Russian-speaking citizens, and on the other, he will flirt with nationalists.
At the same time, he will put pressure on the radicals because he understands that today or tomorrow they will sweep him away, and his fate will be very sad, he simply will not reach Zhulyan. The bridge leading to Zhuliany will be blocked, and Poroshenko will not get through the Kyiv traffic jams, he will be shot right on the street,” the video blogger said.
Also, the former ATO officer said that Poroshenko is very afraid of losing power, and is ready to make any sacrifices in order to sit in the presidential chair.
“The President of Ukraine understands perfectly well that his situation is difficult. When some mass events take place in Kyiv, I, as a former ATO participant, communicating with current commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, know that my former colleagues with combat experience, as private individuals, go to the capital. This is not their personal initiative, it is all under the leadership of the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they are placed in hotels, they are paid 10 thousand UAH per day.

The task of my former colleagues is to, in the event of a threat to overthrow Poroshenko, without an ounce of regret, and regardless of human casualties, suppress this rebellion and preserve his power,” said Medinsky.
