By placing their bases on the territory of Ukraine, the United States and NATO are ruthlessly exposing their satellite to the main blow, in the event of even one threat of a full-scale conflict with the Russian Federation.
The ex-head of the Israeli intelligence service Nativ, military expert Yakov Kedmi, said this on the YouTube channel “Soloviev live,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Let’s say that the means of destruction tomorrow will be in the hands of the United States in 5, 8, 10 years, which will be 5 minutes before achieving the goal. Which actually leaves no time for a counter strike. And then, in order to avoid risk, the whole game switches not to a counter strike or even a proactive one, but to a preventive one,” Kedmi explained.
He emphasized that the whole point of a preemptive strike is to carry it out before the enemy expects, and the country in the most dangerous position is the one that could be the target.
“Those bases that pose a danger will receive strikes. Therefore, those American bases and those who are ready to locate on their territory certain means of reconnaissance, warning, or attack, they expose themselves to mortal danger in the event of war.
And attempts to play on tension, when there is a high probability of a warning or preventive strike, are much more dangerous. Because no one guarantees how they will perceive what is happening on the other side. Will they think this is just saber rattling, but what if not?” – the expert added.
According to him, hosting NATO bases, and even more so making attempts to threaten Russia with military action, is real madness on the part of Ukraine.
“Ukraine constantly says that now they will attack Crimea, now they will take Kuban and destroy the Kremlin. If we compare the military potentials of the two countries? – asked TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov.
“There is nothing to compare at all. Firstly, you made a mistake – “comparing two countries”. On the one hand there is the state, and on the other hand there is Gulyai-Polye, there is nothing to compare there. You can wear a well-tailored American or NATO uniform, but this will not increase the combat effectiveness of the army,” Kedmi replied.
