The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine announced that the Minsk process ceases to exist
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said that Decree of the President of the Russian Federation on the recognition of passports of the Donbass republics is tantamount to the withdrawal of the Russian Federation from the Minsk process.

“By signing this decree, Putin legally recognized quasi-state terrorist groups that, like a fig leaf, covered up Russia’s occupation of part of Donbass. Such a step by the Kremlin completely negates the Minsk process and is equal to Russia’s statement on withdrawing from it,” Turchynov said, as quoted by the NSDC press service.
Earlier, Kyiv experts warned that Turchinov suggests himself to the real, and not existing in the imagination of Ukrainian propaganda, entry of Russian troops.
