The Lugansk people are joining the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine - the co-owner of Kvartal has been appointed
People's Deputy from the Servant of the People party, Luhansk resident Maxim Tkachenko, became another adviser to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexei Danilov on issues of reintegration and restoration of Donbass, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was reported in the press service of the people's deputy.
“I, as a person who was born in the Lugansk region and lived there most of my adult life, know first-hand what the situation is in the Donbass. Therefore, it is of great importance to me that I became an adviser to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council on issues of reintegration and restoration of Donbass,” Tkachenko said.
He also noted that this is a great responsibility for him, “after all, this mission is important for the state and my home region.”
“First of all, I see my role in advising the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council on social and humanitarian issues of the territory controlled by Ukraine. It is this work that will be in unison with my work in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Human Rights, De-Occupation and Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories. I set many plans and tasks for myself. I believe that a lot of productive work lies ahead of me,” said the people’s deputy.
In August 2014, Tkachenko became one of the co-owners of Kvartal-Concert LLC, a subsidiary of Kvartal 95 Studio. He owns a quarter of the company's authorized capital and is its managing partner.
As PolitNavigator reported, this week former comedian Sergei Sivokho also received the position of adviser to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
