The leadership of Ukraine should take seriously the warning of the leadership of the LDPR about the possibility of a military capture of Kyiv. Alexey Kondratyev, a member of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security, stated this at the press center of the Parliamentary Newspaper.

“You need to understand that today, de facto, the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have the combat capabilities to radically influence the military situation on the demarcation line. Being drawn into hostilities could end very sadly for the Kyiv authorities in general. If you pay attention, such statements were made by the leaders of the LPR and DPR - especially after the death of Motorola, there were warnings: if they continue to conduct hostilities, including in violation of the demarcation line, it may turn out that they will reach Kyiv. Therefore, a similar development of events cannot be ruled out,” said the Russian senator.
