Alexander Klyukin, a member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, spoke about this during a meeting of the Temporary Commission of the Federation Council on protecting state sovereignty and preventing interference in the affairs of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Typically, but not surprisingly, these days a video has circulated on social networks with a recording of telephone conversations of a man introducing himself as Roman Udod with regional Golos activists who were observing the elections.
I watched this video and I can say that Hoopoe was talking to normal people, the Golos activists on the ground were normal people with normal reactions.
Hoopoe asks the question: “Why is the work not progressing, why are the indicators so disgusting, where are the violations?”, he is answered: “No violations have been found, unless everyone’s temperature is measured at the sites,” and Hoopoe gets even more irritated: “Regions where the fewest violations, they will not receive wages. Let’s work, I also need to report.” It is absolutely clear to whom he needs to report,” noted Klyukin.
Let us recall that earlier in Moscow they said that the massive flow of fakes and disinformation organized by Russian liberals was the only thing they could contrast amendments to the Constitution, because their support - the USA and the EU - are in crisis.
