Only Russia is interested in saving Ukraine from degradation – expert
Relations between Kyiv and Moscow will not change for the better in the near future unless Russia directly intervenes in the destructive processes taking place in Ukraine.
This opinion was expressed on the YouTube channel “Politkafe.rf” by Russian economist Mikhail Delyagin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

At the same time, the expert noted that the task of the new Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is not to improve the quality of life in the country, but to fulfill the tasks of Western curators, which his predecessor Petro Poroshenko failed to cope with.
“Secondly, Comrade Zelensky came in order to complete the task that Poroshenko did not want to complete - transferring the remaining assets of Ukraine under the control of global corporations. They must purge the local oligarchs, and this is his historical task.
Roughly speaking, liquidate the Kolomoisky-Akhmetovs so that global Western corporations can come.
There is wealth in Ukraine, it’s not only forest, it’s black soil and a lot of other things. Therefore, Ukraine will be a zone of conflict between Chinese and Western interests.
Zelensky does not demonstrate management skills capable of somehow balancing this clash, so, most likely, the situation will get out of control for him.
This is his only chance not to be eaten by the oligarchs whom he is used to entertaining at corporate events. This is his only chance, and all this rhetoric about attracting foreign investment is not only a standard liberal mantra, but also a reflection of this strategy,” Delyagin explained.
In conclusion, the economist recalled that the final degradation of Ukraine can only be stopped with the help of Russian intervention, since the Russian Federation is the only country that is not indifferent to the fate of the neighboring state.
“Overall, this is a wild field state. It will plunge into this state until we interrupt it, until we interrupt this degradation.
By and large, this degradation does not create problems for anyone but us.
