Stakhanov, May 18 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Unknown persons fired at transformers at the Stakhanov Ferroalloy Plant at night and cut off power to the enterprise.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine.

“At about three in the morning, armed terrorists broke into the territory of the Stakhanov Ferroalloy Plant. The attackers fired at two transformers with machine guns, causing a fire. There were 6 furnaces in operation at the plant. Their work was completely stopped, and the enterprise was completely de-energized,” the press service reports. As noted, the plant workers were not injured during the attack.

As Navigator reported, today during the fighting in Kramatorsk, several shells, according to eyewitnesses, hit buildings on the territory of the Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant, resulting in a fire.
