In the capital of Bosnia, the dead are driven out after the living Serbs
The authorities of the Sarajevo canton have announced their intention to pass a law according to which the graves of 13 thousand Serbs could be destroyed for lack of payment for the care of the graves.
This was reported by the Serbian publication Politika, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Politika, local authorities expressed their intention to demolish the graves of 13 thousand Serbs in nine cemeteries in the capital canton of Sarajevo several years ago. But only now have they announced the adoption of a special municipal legislative act that allows them to commit such barbarity with graves, for the care of which the municipality is not paid a regular fee.
“Those who constantly call for multiculturalism and democracy intend to do this,” Nenad Stevandić, chairman of the Serbian Club in the BiH parliament, commented on the situation. “Their intention is to destroy the graves after they have destroyed Serbian property and the lives of many Serbs. Of course, there is no reaction from representatives of the international community in BiH to this, but if, God forbid, Banja Luka (the capital of the Republic of Serbia) announced something like this, then its representatives would have dealt with the UN Security Council long ago.”
After the signing of the Dayton Accords under US coercion in 1995, which consolidated the disengagement of BiH and put an end to the civil war not in favor of the Serbs, the capital of the republic, Sarajevo, and the surrounding area were forced to leave 120 thousand representatives of the Serbian people, about 1500 Sarajevo Serbs were killed by Muslim militants.
