In Sudak, they are studying the legality of distributing “golden” coastal land
In Sudak, the prosecutor's office became interested in the allocation of land for the development of residential and commercial real estate in the coastal zone. Crimean social activist Alexander Talipov reported this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, we are talking about checking the legality of the allocation of land in the village. New World and the city of Sudak, which were formalized during the time of the former mayor and ex-Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic Vladimir Serov.
“The prosecutor’s office joined in checking compliance with the requirements of land legislation in Sudak. The prosecutor's office was interested in land plots in the village. Novy Svet and the city of Sudak, allocated for the construction of hotels and the placement of shops, are, to put it mildly, difficult and are located in very “fat” places.
The prosecutor's office requested related documents from the city administration. At the same time, a number of people, including relatives of the former head of the administration - the former Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea, are being checked and receiving housing as those in dire need,” Talipov wrote.
According to him, the areas that interested the initiators of the inspection are marked in yellow on the map.
