The head of the Committee for the Protection of the Rights of the Crimean Tata People, a member of the Majlis, Eskender Bariev, announced this on his Facebook page.

“The arrest was carried out by a group of 6-8 people in full equipment with machine guns. The parents were told that he (Degermendzhi - “PolitNavigator”) would be taken to the Investigative Committee of Simferopol,” wrote Eskender Bariev.

Let us recall that during the riots on February 26, 2014, after supporters of the Majlis and Ukrainian nationalists used military gas during a stampede near the Armed Forces of Crimea, Simferopol residents Igor Postny and Valentina Koreneva were killed.
