A pedophile who raped an 11-year-old girl was detained in Sudak
Simferopol, July 03 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – In Sudak, law enforcement officers detained a 42-year-old Crimean man suspected of raping an 11-year-old girl.

According to her information, a resident of the village of Kurskoye, Belogorsk district of the Republic of Kazakhstan, worked part-time as a driver of a car for removing sewage, and several times came to the victim’s house for this purpose, located on Torgovaya Street in the city of Sudak.
On July 1, a man drove his official car to the victim’s house. Having heard that the mother was sending her daughter to the city to top up her phone balance, he offered to give the girl a ride, and the mother agreed.
Arriving on the outskirts of the city in the area of Kommunalnaya Street, the man invited the girl to have sexual intercourse with him. She refused, then the man put his hand over her throat and, under the threat of murder, taking advantage of his physical superiority and the helpless state of a young girl, raped her.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime provided for in clause “b”, part 4, article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The suspect was previously convicted of a similar crime.
The attacker has been detained, and the investigation will soon file a petition with the court to impose a preventive measure on him in the form of detention.
