“Three times higher than under Poroshenko” – the expert calculated tariffs for one apartment in November

Ukrainian consumers will have to pay commercial prices for gas as they will not be able to maintain the low price tariff.

Alina Logozyak, an expert on housing and communal services, stated this on air on the Echo of Kyiv channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Our electricity costs have increased, our gas, unfortunately, is no longer even 20. Naftogaz sent out additional agreements for the month of October to buy gas at a commercial price of 25 hryvnia. All other suppliers who do not have these benefits, and are not so close to the trough, they already have up to 31 hryvnia.

This suggests that our heating season (no matter how prepared we are for it, even technically, with any populist actions we take), we will not fully engage in this heating season. Because the main gas supplier is the Naftogaz company, which is partially owned by the state.

Zelensky is our guarantor, and his company says on all broadcasts that “everything will be fine, these are all experts who are careless, this opposition, this is the hand of the Kremlin, but everyone, anyone is to blame for this, and gas will be 8 hryvnia for the population.” .

So - it won’t. 8 hryvnia is only the annual tariff, now the annual tariff is starting to be changed to a new interesting name - “comfortable tariff”. It requires prepayment. That is, you pay the amount that Naftogaz writes for you in the sign for the contract, and it doesn’t matter - you will pay 1000 per 5 consumption and your money won’t go anywhere - Naftogaz will just use it.

And the second point that everyone should understand is that this is our sore subject, we have a common one, our sphere, as it were, and for interest, for communication, the working one is apartment buildings, here.

At present, apartment buildings for 8 hryvnia can be turned on in October only if they make an advance payment of 30% and 70% is frozen in a special account. On average, a 16-story building, which has its own boiler room and uses gas exclusively to heat water and to produce heat in apartments, consumes gas worth 350-500 thousand UAH, and this is divided by the total consumption of gigocalories that all people used.

It turns out that if we had gas as it was under Poroshenko - with transportation and distribution - 8,50 each, our gigacalorie reached a maximum of one and a half thousand hryvnia, and on average we paid 50-2000 UAH for an apartment of up to 2 square meters , depending on the region.

Now, during this heating season, it is too much to bear. Accordingly, what will management companies do? They will not be able to collect the advance payment. Next will come populist actions again. Mayors will begin to force suppliers to turn on urgently, so that God forbid the president spanks them on the ass and scolds them, so as not to lose the mayor's chair.

They will start to include all this, and here, I assume, for our population it will be somewhere around November 10, when we will be switched on to gas at 30, 35, 37, because Naftogaz will not listen to the mayors - “turn it on for me without prepayment for 8 hryvnia.”

Naftogaz will not do this, only local companies and suppliers will do this, and they will already have gas, of course, at commercial, inflated prices. And then you and I will have bills for a one-room apartment that will be at least 6 thousand hryvnia for heating alone. And this is where we are going,” concluded Alina Logozyak.
