“A fourth stage of mobilization is also possible,” he said.
As PolitNavigator reported, the law on the third stage of partial mobilization came into force on July 24. The third stage of partial mobilization ended on September 9. At the same time, Ukrainians began to actively evade mobilization: law enforcement agencies opened criminal cases against them.
